Supporting our Patients, GP's and Physiotherapists during the COVID-19 Levels. We are still here for you!

We will follow all Ministry of Health guidelines throughout each level as outlined below.

Across all levels all patients and friends/relatives that are necessary support people that are attending a face to face appointment should be using the NZ Covid Tracer app to sign in. If you aren't using the app a manual sign in will be mandatory.

If you are unwell or have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms please isolate and stay home and call your doctor or Healthline on 0800 358 5453 for advice. For more information go to: www.covid19.govt.nz

Rest assured we will still be just as available by the same phone and email during our normal office hours to answer any enquires, questions or concerns you may have, and will be checking our phone messages and emails regularly.

During levels 3 and 4 Preferably please email us for any enquiries or questions, we will be checking and answering these just as regularly and will ease phone messages and missed calls.

If you have left a phone message during levels 3 and 4 you may get a call back from a Private Number or No Caller ID which will most likely be us so please don't be concerned and if you are unsure please do check your messages.

We appreciate this is a very stressful and uncertain time for you and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we work through this together.

LEVEL 1

We can conduct face to face consults in level 1 within the following Ministry of Health guidelines.

LEVEL 2

We can conduct face to face consults in level 2 with the following guidelines. Some patients can have a phone consultation or tele health video consultation on this level. This is assessed on a case by case basis.

All patients must wear a mask to their consultation and attend alone.

If you have someone with you, they must stay in their car unless it is absolutely necessary to attend the appointment.

LEVEL 3

We can conduct face to face consults in level 3, with the following guidelines.

Some patients can have a phone consultation or tele health / zoom video consultation on this level. This is assessed on a case by case basis.

All patients must wear a mask to their consultation and attend alone.

If you have someone with you, they must stay in their car unless it is absolutely necessary to attend the appointment.

LEVEL 4

Our consulting rooms will close temporarily within the Ministry of Health guidelines, but we are still here to support you, and contactable by the same phone number and email.

Please see our general guidelines for further details as you may receive a call / voice mail message from a 'Private number' or 'No Caller ID' during this time as we switch our phones to remote access temporarily.

All consultations will be conducted by either phone or tele health/zoom. There are no face to face consultations at Level 4 There is no elective surgery at Level 4. We will contact you in this instance to reschedule your surgery if necessary.
